Returns

You can request a return directly from your user profile within 14 days from the delivery date.

To request a return:

• select the reason for the return;

• indicate in the notes whether you wish to receive a credit to be spent on the website, an exchange (if applicable), or a refund (if applicable). Alternatively, you can inform us later by contacting our Customer Service.

Once the return is received and verified at our warehouse, we will proceed according to the requested option and as provided by these conditions.

Return Shipment

You can choose one of the following methods:

In this case, no collection fee will be charged.

It is advisable to inform the courier of the goods receipt times:

10:30 AM - 12:30 PM | 2:30 PM - 7:00 PM

Alternatively, you can request collection via one of our couriers.

This service is available in Italy, Europe, and, where possible, for other destinations, and is always subject to a fee, equal to the shipping rate for the destination country.

Saveone reserves the right, if the collection cost is higher than the standard rate, to communicate the new amount in advance. The customer can choose whether to accept the collection cost or ship the return independently.

Credits, Exchanges, and Refunds in Italy

Product Exchange

Exchanges are exclusively available for orders shipped to Italy and only for products purchased at full price, belonging to the continuous collection ("Must") or the current collection ("New"), unless otherwise specified.

For such exchanges, home collection is free.

Online Credit

You can request a credit to be spent on our website.

For all orders shipped to Italy, regardless of whether the products are discounted or not, home collection is free if a credit is requested instead of a refund.

The credit will be equal to the amount of the returned products and can be used for future online purchases.

Refund

The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt and verification of the return.

The refund will only include the value of the returned products.

Shipping costs incurred at the time of the order are never refunded.

If the return is made using our collection service, the associated cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Returns from the European Union

For orders shipped to European Union countries:

• product exchanges are not available;

• spendable credit is not available;

• only a refund can be requested.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method, deducting the collection cost if carried out by Saveone.

Shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase are never refundable.

Returns from Non-European Union Countries

For all orders shipped outside the European Union:

• exchanges are not available;

• credit is not available;

• only a refund is available.

The customer must independently arrange the return shipment or, where available, can request a collection via one of our couriers, the cost of which will be communicated in advance.

The refund will be net of:

• any collection costs;

• order shipping costs;

• any customs duties, taxes, or other costs incurred by Saveone for the return of the goods.

To avoid the application of new customs duties, we recommend declaring at the time of shipment:

"Returned goods - Duty Free Re-importation" or "Reso merce - Reimportazione in franchigia".

Otherwise, any customs charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return Conditions

The right of withdrawal is valid only if the following conditions are met:

• the products must not have been used, washed, or damaged;

• they must be returned complete with their original packaging;

• if present, the security seal must be intact;

• items belonging to the same order must be shipped in a single shipment.

Saveone reserves the right not to accept returns shipped separately or that do not comply with these conditions.

If the return is received in unsuitable conditions, it may be rejected or sent back to the customer.

Non-Refundable Products

The following cannot be refunded:

• Gift Cards;

• Credit present in the customer account;

• Books;

• Grooming Products.

Defective Products

If a lack of conformity attributable to Saveone is ascertained, no collection or return management costs will be charged.

All products are checked and photographed before shipment.

Return to Saveone Store

Online orders can also be returned to the physical Saveone store.

The conditions applied will be the same as those for online purchases.
