Select the reason why you want to return the product; in case of size change or product change, enter more information in the notes . If there are problems, you will be contacted by the staff. As soon as we receive the package in the warehouse, we will ship the exchange.

For the return of the product, the costs are at your expense with the courier of your choice, to the following address: Via Dalbono, 40 - 80055 Portici (NA) and no further costs will be deducted. If you are unable to ship independently, at a cost of €4.90 which will be deducted from the refund, you can use our InPost service at the following link - https://resi.inpost.it/it/saveone . The exchange will be shipped without additional costs. InPost valid only in Italy.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, within 14 days of delivery you can return one or more items and choose to receive other items in replacement or exercise the right of withdrawal. If these days have passed, unfortunately we cannot accept the return/refund request.

The right of return and withdrawal is considered to be correctly exercised if the following conditions are fully respected:

• the products must not have been used and/or damaged;
• the products must be returned in their original packaging and with the warranty seal applied to the product (not always present on all products);
• Returned products must be sent in a single shipment.

" Gift Card " (a purchase voucher for the same amount as your order that allows you to keep the money online in order to be able to use it as virtual money on the site);

" Refund " (you will receive the amount relating to the individual products purchased, on the payment method used during the order).

Refunds are made within a maximum of 14 days from the return of the return to our office, to verify that the goods are returned in the same condition in which it was shipped.

The customer is responsible for the return management costs unless the product is defective. In this case, no costs will be charged.

Gift cards can never be refunded.

We reserve the right not to accept products from the same order, returned and shipped at different times.
In the unlikely event that the return is made in unacceptable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

Return at Saveone physical store

If you wish to return one or more products from your order placed online at our store, you will not be charged return management costs.

Exchanges and refunds in Italy

In the case of a gift card , the return management costs will be entirely borne by Saveone: neither the shipping costs nor the return collection costs will be deducted from the total value of the voucher.

Example: I return all products for a total of €50, I receive a gift card for a total of €50.

In case of a refund request, both shipping costs and the costs of any return collection will be deducted.

Example: I return all products for a total of €100, I receive a refund minus both the shipping costs that I would have had to pay when ordering, and any home collection.

In the event of a partial refund , if the total cost incurred by the customer is less than the free shipping threshold of €75, the shipping costs will be deducted.

Example: I return some products for a partial refund and the new order total is €60, I receive a full refund minus the shipping costs I would have incurred when placing the order.

Exchanges and refunds abroad

In the case of a gift card , the customer will take care of the return shipping, but the total value of the voucher will not be reduced by the shipping costs initially incurred by Saveone.

Example: I return all products for a total of €50, I receive a gift card for a total of €50.

In case of a refund request, shipping costs will be deducted.

Example: I return all products for a total of €100, I receive a full refund minus the shipping costs that I would have incurred when placing the order.

In the event of a partial refund , if the total cost incurred by the customer is less than the free shipping threshold of €150, the shipping costs will be deducted.

Example: I return some products for a partial refund and the new order total is €100, I receive a full refund minus the shipping costs I would have incurred when placing the order.

As soon as we receive the package in the warehouse, we will ship the new product.

Other non-refundable products:
Gift Cards, Books, Grooming Products.

In some cases only partial refunds are guaranteed:

• If the order is not in original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error;
• the order was returned more than 14 days after delivery.
