As soon as we receive the package in the warehouse, we will ship the exchange.
You can ship to the following address: Via Dalbono, 40 - 80055 Portici (NA) and no additional costs will be deducted.
NB: Please inform the courier of your opening and closing hours (9:00 AM - 1:00 PM / 2:30 PM - 6:00 PM). Poste Italiane/SDA is not recommended as a courier.
In the event of a refund to a payment method, shipping costs will also be deducted if the free shipping threshold of €75 is no longer met.
Example: I independently ship the return of all products for a total of €100, I receive a refund of €100 minus the shipping costs incurred by Saveone for shipping the order (in Italy from €4.90).
If you're unable to ship your own items, you can use our InPost service at https://resi.inpost.it/it/saveone, available only in Italy, for a fee.
Example: I request a return of all products for a total of €100 and a collection of the return via Inpost, I receive a refund of €100 minus the shipping costs incurred by Saveone for shipping the order. (in Italy from €4.90), minus the return collection costs (in Italy from €4.90).
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, within 14 days of delivery You can return one or more items and choose to receive a replacement or exercise your right of withdrawal. If these days have passed, unfortunately we cannot accept your return/refund request.
The right of return and withdrawal is considered correctly exercised if the following conditions are fully respected:
- the products must not have been used and/or damaged;
- the products must be returned in their original packaging and with the warranty seal applied to the product (not always present on all products);
- Returned products must be sent in a single shipment.
" Credit " (credit in your customer account equal to the amount of your order which allows you to keep the money online in order to be able to use it as virtual money on the site);
" Refund " (you will receive the amount relating to the individual products purchased, using the payment method used when placing the order).
Refunds are made within a maximum of 14 days from the return of the return to our premises, to verify that the goods are returned in the same condition in which it was shipped.
The customer is responsible for the return handling costs unless the product received is defective. In this case, no fees will be charged.
Gift cards and account credit can never be refunded.
We reserve the right to refuse returns from the same order that are returned and shipped at different times.
In the unlikely event that the return is made in unacceptable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
Return at Saveone physical store
If you wish, you can return one or more products from your online order to our physical store, according to the rules valid for the online store.
Exchanges and refunds in Italy
In the case of in-store credit , the return management costs will be entirely borne by Saveone: neither shipping costs nor return collection costs will be deducted from the total value of the voucher.
Example: I return all products totaling €50, and receive a credit to my account totaling €50.
In the event of a refund request, both shipping costs and the costs of any return collection will be deducted.
Example: I return all the products for a total of €100, I receive a refund minus the shipping costs that I would have had to pay when ordering (in Italy from €4.90), as well as any possible withdrawal (in Italy from €4.90).
In the event of a partial refund , if the total cost incurred by the customer is less than the free shipping threshold of €75, the shipping costs will be deducted.
Example: I return some products for a partial refund and the new order total is €60, I receive a full refund minus the shipping costs I would have incurred when placing the order. (in Italy from €4.90).
Exchanges and refunds abroad
In the case of in-store credit , the customer will take care of the return shipping, but the total value of the voucher will not be reduced by the shipping costs initially incurred by Saveone.
Example: I return all products totaling €50, and receive a credit totaling €50.
In case of a full refund request, the shipping costs will be deducted by Saveone.
Example: I return all products for a total of €100, I receive a full refund minus the shipping costs I would have incurred when placing the order.
In the event of a partial refund , if the total cost incurred by the customer is less than the free shipping threshold of €150, the shipping costs incurred by Saveone will be deducted.
Example: I return some products for a partial refund and the new order total is €100. I receive a full refund minus the shipping costs I would have incurred when placing the order.
We currently offer a paid return collection service only in Italy.
As soon as we receive the package in the warehouse, we will ship the new product.
Other non-refundable products:
Gift Cards, In-store Credit, Books, Grooming Products.
In some cases only partial refunds are guaranteed:
- If the order is not in original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not attributable to our error;
- the order was returned more than 14 days after delivery.
