Right of Withdrawal
For customized and made-to-measure orders, art. 59, letter c) of the Consumer Code (“Exceptions to the right of withdrawal”) applies, in derogation of articles 52 to 58 of the same Code.
However, Saveone Srl allows withdrawal from the contract if the packaged item has: structural imperfections, fit problems or the impossibility of making changes. In these cases, Saveone Srl will refund the amount paid, provided that the conditions indicated in the Returns and Refunds section are respected.
In order to proceed with the return, the items must be unused and undamaged. Saveone Srl reserves the right to refuse the refund if the item shows signs of use or damage, or if it has been modified in any way.
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Download the return request form from the “Changes and refunds” section and fill it in.
- Send the completed form by email to support@saveone.it , or by registered mail to our address, attaching 3 photos of the item being worn (front, side and back), so that the defect is clearly visible.
- The complaint will be reviewed by the Saveone team, who will notify the customer of approval.
- The item to be returned must be returned in its original packaging, with the return approval form, via traceable shipping to: Saveone Srl, via Alberico Albricci 9, 20122 Milan
- The refund will be made within 7 working days of receiving the item, using the same payment method used at the time of purchase (if possible, for example Credit Card or PayPal). If this is not possible, the customer must provide the bank details in the return form to receive the refund.
Shipments that do not comply with the above conditions will be returned to sender without any refund.
More information :
- The returned item must be intact (unused, complete with original packaging and accessories) and accompanied by the approved return form.
- For international returns, please declare the contents as “Return” and indicate the price paid for the purchase. All shipping and customs costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- If all conditions are met, the customer is entitled to a full refund, excluding shipping costs. Coupons or Discount Vouchers used will be replaced with new Coupons or Discount Vouchers for future purchases.
- If the order was part of a promotion, all items purchased must be returned for a full refund. Items not returned will be charged at full market value.
