Shipping
After completing the payment, the order will be processed by the system. Once the anatomical measurements have been provided and confirmed, the garment will be made and shipped to the address indicated by the Customer.
Shipping times
Shipping times vary between 3 and 4 weeks, depending on the availability of raw materials and any events not under the direct control of Saveone. Although the times indicated are estimated and provided at the time of choosing the product and customizations, unforeseeable delays may occur, which will however be communicated promptly.
Shipping methods
Saveone ships worldwide within 35 days of Order Confirmation*, using the express courier service (DHL) and to the address provided by the Customer at the time of ordering.
- Shipping is free and includes any customs duties.
- Once the order has been shipped, the Customer will receive an email with the name of the courier and instructions for tracking the shipment online. It will be possible to follow the status of the shipment by accessing the personal page or through the courier's website.
Delivery times from shipment:
- 24/48 hours for shipments to Italy (with an additional day for Basilicata, Campania, Calabria, Puglia and the islands).
- 2/3 working days for shipments within the European Community.

3/5 working days for shipments outside the European Community.
Working days are Monday through Friday.
Note
Shipping times depend on the payment method and the date of confirmation of anatomical measurements. During national holidays, delays may occur due to the closure of factories. Any changes in times will be communicated via email.
What to do in case of delay or non-delivery
If you have not received any shipping updates and the indicated times have passed, follow these steps:
- Check the status of your order by accessing your reserved area on Personal Profile > Orders .
- Please verify that the shipping address provided is correct.
- If the order is shown as “shipped”, contact DHL courier at 199.199345.
- If you have received a failed delivery notice, please contact DHL courier at 199.199345.
