Terms and Conditions
The products offered on the site comply with Italian regulations regarding the legal guarantee of conformity, in particular articles 130 and 132 of the Consumer Code . The company Saveone Srl guarantees consumer protection for any lack of conformity that occurs within two years of delivery of the product.
Conditions for compliance
A product is considered compliant if:
- It has the usual characteristics for goods of the same type.
- It conforms to the description provided by the seller and has qualities presented through samples or models.
- Meets the reasonable expectations of the consumer based on the nature of the good and the declarations of the seller, manufacturer or representatives (e.g. labelling, advertising).
- It is suitable for the specific use requested by the consumer and communicated to the seller at the time of purchase.
Warranty Exclusions
The following are not considered defects of conformity:
- Personal preferences for wearing comfort.
- Damage caused by cuts, burns, liquids or normal wear and tear.
- Loss of buttons or broken zippers due to improper use.
Consumer obligations
- The consumer must report the lack of conformity within two months from the discovery , by sending written communication to:

- You must provide proof of purchase (invoice, bank statement, or other documents that prove the date of purchase and delivery).
Planned actions
In the event of a lack of conformity, the buyer has the right, without additional costs, to:
- Repair or replacement of the goods.
- Price reduction or termination of the contract , if:
- Repair and replacement are impossible or excessively expensive.
- The defect was not resolved within a reasonable time (7 working days for Saveone Srl's response).
- Repair or replacement causes serious inconvenience to the consumer.
Procedure
- Saveone Srl will respond to the request within 7 working days , specifying:
- Acceptance of the request and methods for repair, replacement, or return.
- Any reasons for refusal.
- If accepted, the shipping or return costs of the defective product will be paid by the company (only in Italy).
- In case of termination of the contract, Saveone Srl will provide a full refund, following indication of the operating methods by the consumer.
This policy ensures transparency and compliance with regulations, offering complete support to the consumer in case of problems related to the products purchased.
