- Definition and object of the contract
1.1 This contract (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract"), which is a distance selling contract, is governed by Article 50 of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 ("Consumer Code"). The subject of the Contract is the sale of movable goods between Saveone Srl, with registered office at Via Sant'Agata di Esaro 21, VAT number 14808891007, "Saveone," and the consumer, the "Customer." The Contract is considered concluded when Saveone accepts a purchase proposal made by the Customer, by telephone or via the website www.saveonebespoke.com ("Site") and/or other distance selling systems made available by Saveone, according to the methods described in Article 3 below.
1.2 These general terms and conditions of sale ("General Terms and Conditions"), and in particular the information pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code, provided by Saveone during the purchase process, whether by telephone or via the Site, will remain valid and effective until modified or supplemented by Saveone. Any changes will be effective from the date they are publicly communicated and will apply to purchases made from that date onward. The latest updated version of the General Terms and Conditions is always available on the Site.
- Prices
2.1 The product prices displayed during the sale, on the Site and/or through any other Saveone remote selling channels, include VAT and/or any other applicable taxes. Shipping costs are indicated during the purchase process, on the Site and/or through other Saveone remote selling channels.
2.2 Product prices include VAT and all applicable taxes. Shipping costs may be added at the end of the purchase process, based on the address provided by the Customer.
- Purchase and payment methods
3.1 The Contract is considered perfected at the time of payment, when Saveone sends the order confirmation to the Customer.
3.2 The Customer has 24 hours to withdraw from the Contract and receive a full refund, without penalty and without having to justify the decision. After this period, it will no longer be possible to cancel the order, as the custom-made garment will have begun its design and production process.
3.3 The Customer may choose between the following payment methods: credit card, prepaid card, PayPal, bank transfer, or other methods indicated from time to time by Saveone via the Site or other sales channels. No fees will be applied to the chosen payment methods.
3.4 If the Customer purchases multiple items from the same category for the first time, Saveone will initially produce only one item (upon agreement with the Customer) to verify the fit. Once the fit is confirmed, Saveone will proceed with the production of the other items.
3.5 Creating multiple profiles for a single individual and/or for the same set of body measurements is prohibited. Profiles that do not comply with this rule will be suspended, and the right to return or refund orders placed with non-compliant profiles will be voided. If discount codes have been used on non-compliant profiles, payment of the amount corresponding to the discount applied will be required. Failure to pay the balance will result in the order not being shipped.
- Product Delivery – Complaints
4.1 The production times for custom-made items are communicated at the time of product selection. Saveone undertakes to deliver the products to the address indicated by the Customer within 35 days of the conclusion of the Contract*. During production of the item, the Customer can track the progress of the order through their account on the Site (Account – Orders).
- Shipping times may vary based on payment method and confirmation of anatomical measurements. Delays may occur during national holidays due to factory closures. Any changes to delivery times will be communicated via email.
4.2 Once the product has been shipped, the Customer will receive an email containing the tracking number to monitor the delivery status.
4.3 If the Customer does not receive the product or if there are unnotified delays, he/she can follow the instructions in the “Shipping” section or contact Customer Service via the channels indicated in the “Contact Us” section.
4.4 Each Saveone product is made using a non-industrial production process. Therefore, there is a 1 cm tolerance between the garment measurements and reference models.
4.5 Saveone strives to provide realistic images of its products. However, due to different device settings and digital image rendering, the online representation may not be completely faithful to reality. By purchasing, the Customer accepts that there may be minor discrepancies.
4.6 Any complaints must be sent to: Saveone Srl, via Alberico Albricci 9, Milan (20122).
- Customer Obligations
5.1 The Customer declares and guarantees: (i) to be a consumer pursuant to art. 3 of the Consumer Code; (ii) to be of legal age; (iii) that the data provided for the execution of the Contract are correct and truthful.
- Right of withdrawal
6.1 The Customer has the right to withdraw from the Contract without penalty and without providing a reason, within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must communicate their intention to withdraw by telephone or email. Once the production process of the custom-made garment has begun, it will not be possible to interrupt it.
6.2 Pursuant to Article 59, paragraph 2, of the Consumer Code, the Customer does not have the right to withdraw from the purchase of custom-made or personalized products.
Saveone offers a full refund, subject to product return within 30 days of shipment, if the item has structural defects, fits poorly, or cannot be altered. The terms and conditions are specified in the "Returns and Refunds" section.
In case of return, the Customer must follow these steps:
- Download and complete the refund request form available in the “Changes and Refunds” section and send it by email to bespoke@saveone.it or by registered mail to the address indicated, attaching 3 photos of the item being worn (front, side, back view) to document the defect.
- The complaint will be reviewed by our experts, who will communicate whether it has been approved.
- The product to be returned must be packaged in its original packaging and sent at your own expense, with traceable shipping, to the address: Saveone Srl, Via Alberico Albricci 9, Milan (20122).
The refund will be made within 7 business days of receiving the product, using the same payment method used for the purchase, if possible (credit card, PayPal). Otherwise, the customer must provide their bank details for the refund.
6.3 Products returned without following the procedure described will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender without any refund.
6.4 The returned product must be intact, unused, and complete with all original packaging and accessories, along with the approved return form.
6.5 If the above conditions are met, the buyer will be entitled to a full refund of the amount spent, excluding shipping costs. Coupons or discount vouchers used for the purchase will be replaced with new coupons or discount vouchers to be used on future purchases. If the items purchased are part of a promotion, the customer must return all items to receive a full refund.
- Competent court
7.1 The Contract is governed by Italian law.
7.2 Any dispute relating to the application, execution, interpretation and violation of the Contract will be under the jurisdiction of the Court in which the Customer has residence or domicile, if located in Italy, or of the Court of Milan, if the Customer has residence or domicile abroad.
