- Repair or replacement causes serious inconvenience to the consumer.
Procedure
- Saveone Srl will respond to the request within 7 working days , specifying:
- Acceptance of the request and methods for repair, replacement, or return.
- Any reasons for refusal.
- If accepted, the shipping or return costs of the defective product will be borne by the company (in Italy only).
- In the event of termination of the contract, Saveone Srl will provide a full refund, following instructions from the consumer.
